Un sommeil profond et r\u00e9parateur est primordial pour \u00eatre en pleine forme. Savez-vous que le sommeil repr\u00e9sente le tiers de la dur\u00e9e de notre vie ? et que lorsque nous dormons l&#8217;organisme se r\u00e9pare apr\u00e8s une dure journ\u00e9e de travail (ou pas&nbsp;!) ?<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-rounded\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/naturellebienetre.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/woman-2197947_1920-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-234\" width=\"548\" height=\"351\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Notre nuit de sommeil se divisent en 3 cycles : le sommeil l\u00e9ger, le sommeil profond et le sommeil paradoxal. Avant de rentrer dans le sommeil l\u00e9ger le corps nous envoie des signaux : les paupi\u00e8res deviennent lourdes, la respiration et le pouls diminuent et les muscles se rel\u00e2chent. Ces petits signaux ne durent pas tr\u00e8s longtemps et se r\u00e9p\u00e8tent toutes les 90 min. Lorsqu&#8217;ils apparaissent il ne faut pas rester trop longtemps \u00e9veill\u00e9 sinon on repousse la phase endormissement dans environ 1h30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois endormi, environ 1h30 apr\u00e8s le lancement nous entrons dans le cycle de sommeil profond. Le corps se met au repos les muscles se rel\u00e2chent, les tensions s&#8217;\u00e9vacuent. Le cerveau profite de cette \u00e9nergie disponible pour r\u00e9parer les connexions c\u00e9r\u00e9brales et retenir les nouveaux apprentissages. Cette phase de sommeil a une dur\u00e9e tr\u00e8s variable qui d\u00e9pend de l&#8217;\u00e9tat de fatigue. Ensuite, vous entrez dans la 3e phase de sommeil qui est le sommeil paradoxal. La respiration s&#8217;acc\u00e9l\u00e8re \u00e0 nouveau, le cerveau reprend ses activit\u00e9s et c&#8217;est \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 qu&#8217;apparaissent les r\u00eaves ou les cauchemars qui repr\u00e9sentent environ 20% du temps total du sommeil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant le sommeil, plusieurs ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes se mettent en place : les organes et les muscles se r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e8rent, l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre mental est pr\u00e9serv\u00e9, les cellules de la peau et des os se renouvellent, le syst\u00e8me immunitaire produit des anticorps et des lymphocytes, les connexions entre les neurones sont r\u00e9par\u00e9es et les syst\u00e8mes de r\u00e9gulation de l&#8217;organisme s&#8217;\u00e9quilibrent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le temps de sommeil id\u00e9al est d\u00e9finir difficile \u00e0 \u00e9tablir, il est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par les g\u00e8nes, l&#8217;horloge biologique et l&#8217;environnement ext\u00e9rieur. Chaque individu a des besoins diff\u00e9rents. Cependant, nous savons que l&#8217;id\u00e9al se situe entre 7 et 9h en moyenne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;activit\u00e9, l&#8217;alimentation, l&#8217;hydratation mais aussi nos pens\u00e9es influent sur notre sommeil. Certains m\u00e9dicaments peuvent aussi contribuer \u00e0 nos insomnies. \u00c0 cela s&#8217;ajoutent \u00e9galement les allergies, la douleur, l&#8217;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, le stress, la d\u00e9pression, le d\u00e9r\u00e8glement hormonal, le manque d&#8217;activit\u00e9, une fragilit\u00e9 du foie, ou encore trop de luminosit\u00e9 avant le coucher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A vous de vous rapprocher de votre naturopathe pour trouver la cause de vos r\u00e9veils nocturnes et mettre en place votre nouvelle routine (alimentation, phytoth\u00e9rapie, huiles essentielles, activit\u00e9 physique &#8230;) et passer de belles nuits.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La qualit\u00e9 du sommeil exerce une influence consid\u00e9rable sur notre sant\u00e9.
